Jeanine Cummins
Jeanine Cummins (born December 6, 1974) is an American author of Irish and Puerto Rican heritage. She has written four books: a memoir titled ''A Rip in Heaven'' and three novels, ''The Outside Boy,'' ''The Crooked Branch'', and ''American Dirt.'' ''American Dirt'' was a notable success, selling over 3 million copies in 37 languages.
